Agreed, bring back the world pvp. Guard spawn in major cities is ridiculous, I believe we should be able to kill an opposing factions city npc's and have them be dead for an hour at least(not the 10 mins it curently is). Maybe in doing this it will foster the pvp in a world pvp environment. Instead when you kill one guard five more appear. On a pvp server, 10% of the pop. actually world pvp's and the rest cry'n'holler to there guild for help when they get killed doing there dailies.
