Bind on account heirloom gear
Ok so i can not find a positive or definite answer on this subject.
Account Bound Items
Many "Account Bound" heirlooms are now labeled as "Battle.net Account Bound", meaning that they can also be traded or mailed to characters that are on different World of Warcraft accounts under the same Battle.net account.
Mail sent to characters on the same Battle.net account now arrives instantaneously, as it does for the same World of Warcraft account.
Mailing account-bound items to characters of the opposite faction on the same Battle.net account will now correctly translate faction-specific items to their appropriate equivalent.
thats the exact patch notes, i kept it in italics to show a difference in my notes and patch notes.
so now that we can transfer across accounts, does this mean we can send the gear cross server to a different account under the same battle.net account? or is the boa gear still bind on server only and they gave a fancy rename? and if so how do you do it, let alone how do you send it to the new account? is it still mail it to the character on the account?
now ive discussed this with a few people who have claimed they were able to transfer there boa gear to the server they wanted too without a paid character transfer and back.
would like a blue post to detail every aspect and explain thoroughly if possible so that this post can be kept up and everyone who needs this exact question can get a thorough answer.
