So, Night Elves were artificially granted immortality by the Dragonflights.

This raises the question of their teeth. While even bones can heal, teeth tend to just wear down. So what happens to Night Elf teeth? Are they like sharks, constantly growing new teeth? Do they just wear down to nubs after a few thousand years, requiring dentures? Do they just have really awesome toothpaste? Does the Tooth Fairy stalk Night Elves as prey?
